DOHA, Qatar — The Overseas Filipino Investors and Entrepreneurs Movement (OFIE-M), in collaboration with The View Hospital, successfully conducted a webinar entitled “Workplace Anxiety / Management of Stress at Workplace” on June 4, 2026, bringing together OFIE-M members, leaders and members of various Filipino community organizations in Qatar, and representatives from The View Hospital.
The webinar featured Dr. Maged Fahmy, Consultant Psychiatrist at The View Hospital, who discussed workplace anxiety, common sources of stress, signs of burnout, and practical strategies for maintaining emotional wellbeing in today’s demanding work environment.
The session was highly interactive, with participants sharing workplace experiences and challenges while receiving practical guidance and professional insights from Dr. Fahmy.
One participant shared, “The webinar reminded me that managing stress is not just about working harder. It’s about recognizing our limits, taking care of ourselves, and seeking support when needed.”
The program was moderated by Dr. Raymond Carasig, OFIE-M Vice President for External Affairs. OFIE-M President Kristine Marie Zapanta welcomed participants and emphasized the importance of supporting not only professional growth but also personal wellbeing.
