OFIE-M and The View Hospital to Hold Free Webinar on Workplace Anxiety and Stress Management

DOHA, Qatar — The Overseas Filipino Investors and Entrepreneurs Movement (OFIE-M), in partnership with The View Hospital, will hold a free webinar entitled “Workplace Anxiety / Management of Stress at Workplace” on June 4, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM via Zoom.

The webinar will feature Dr. Maged Fahmy, Consultant Psychiatrist at The View Hospital, who will discuss workplace anxiety, the impact of chronic stress on wellbeing, and practical strategies for managing workplace pressures.

The initiative forms part of OFIE-M’s continuing efforts to support the personal and professional development of overseas Filipinos in Qatar. While the organization is known for its programs on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and professional growth, it recognizes that wellbeing plays a critical role in long-term success.

“Many people focus on career growth and financial stability, but these become difficult to sustain when stress and anxiety are left unaddressed,” said OFIE-M President Kristine Marie Zapanta. “Through this collaboration with The View Hospital, we hope to provide participants with practical knowledge and tools that can help them navigate workplace challenges in a healthier way.”

A key highlight of the event is the collaboration between OFIE-M and The View Hospital, bringing together community leadership and medical expertise to address an issue that affects workers across industries.

Organizers noted that workplace stress has become increasingly common among professionals, entrepreneurs, and overseas workers as they balance demanding jobs, family responsibilities, and the challenges of living and working abroad. The webinar aims to help participants recognize signs of stress and burnout while learning healthy coping strategies that can be applied both at work and in daily life.

The webinar is free and open to the public. Interested participants may register through the following link:
