What We Do?

OFIE-M delivers member-centered services through four core pillars:

HOME FOR GOOD
  • Home for Good is a guided program that helps OFWs prepare financially, emotionally, and practically for life after returning home. Led by Aris Riparip, it turns years of hard work abroad into a clear, step-by-step plan for financial security, well-being, and a meaningful future—so going home is not just a return, but a fresh start.

  • ALSE OF-LIFE: A 6-month Executive Education Certificate Course by the Ateneo School of Government that develops values-driven leaders through leadership, financial literacy, social innovation, and social entrepreneurship.

  • cOFIEtalk is a safe, relatable micro-learning series by OFIE-M, held in cozy coffee shop settings—where members share real stories about life and money, reflect together, and leave with practical takeaways they can use right away.

  • FINLIT empowers OFWs with practical money skills through two programs: FINLIT Workshops (OFIE-M Learning Sessions) and FINLIT Collaborations (Partner-Led Programs)—helping them manage finances wisely, protect what matters, and plan ahead with confidence.
