OFIE-M delivers member-centered services through four core pillars:
Home for Good is a guided program that helps OFWs prepare financially, emotionally, and practically for life after returning home. Led by Aris Riparip, it turns years of hard work abroad into a clear, step-by-step plan for financial security, well-being, and a meaningful future—so going home is not just a return, but a fresh start.
ALSE OF-LIFE: A 6-month Executive Education Certificate Course by the Ateneo School of Government that develops values-driven leaders through leadership, financial literacy, social innovation, and social entrepreneurship.
cOFIEtalk is a safe, relatable micro-learning series by OFIE-M, held in cozy coffee shop settings—where members share real stories about life and money, reflect together, and leave with practical takeaways they can use right away.
FINLIT empowers OFWs with practical money skills through two programs: FINLIT Workshops (OFIE-M Learning Sessions) and FINLIT Collaborations (Partner-Led Programs)—helping them manage finances wisely, protect what matters, and plan ahead with confidence.
