OFIE-M delivers member-centered services through four core pillars:

Financial Literacy & Reintegration Readiness
  • Financial Literacy Workshops (structured modules and community-based trainings).
  • Home for Good Movement: foundational reintegration planning and financial preparedness.
  • ALSE OF-LIFE Program (Ateneo School of Government partnership): a 6-month executive education on leadership, financial literacy, and social entrepreneurship.
  • Mentorship and learning support for students, scholars, mentors, and facilitators (program coordination and standards).
  • cOFIEtalk sessions (coffee-style micro-learning + open conversations) on timely topics: financial protection, government programs, health and money decisions, etc.
  • Events & Advocacy projects that educate, engage, and mobilize the community (including outreach and collaborative drives).
  • Partnership development to expand reach and strengthen value-aligned collaborations.
  • Membership onboarding, renewal, engagement, and community-building activities.
  • Sports & wellness initiatives that support holistic development and strong community bonds.
  • Media & publications to document activities, share impact stories, and strengthen OFIE-M visibility.
