OFIE-M Wellness Challenge Builds Fitness and Discipline Among Overseas Filipinos

DOHA, Qatar — The Overseas Filipinos’ Initiative for Enterprise Development and Management (OFIE-M) is promoting healthier lifestyles and stronger community support through Shape Up for Success 2.0, a 60-day fitness and wellness challenge running from September 18 to November 18, 2026.

Organized by the OFIE-M Sports and Wellness Committee, the program aims to help participants improve their health, build physical strength and develop discipline through structured coaching, fitness assessments, weekly progress monitoring, group workouts and friendly competitions.

The challenge also encourages participants to create sustainable healthy habits while staying motivated through community accountability and mutual support.

More than a fitness competition, Shape Up for Success 2.0 forms part of OFIE-M’s broader advocacy of empowering Overseas Filipinos and their families through personal development, healthy living, financial preparedness and sustainable reintegration.

The program will culminate in an awarding ceremony on November 20 during “FIT FOR LIFE, READY TO LEAD — OFIE-M General Assembly 2026 & Shape Up for Success 2.0 Awarding.”

The event will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana in Bin Mahmoud, Doha.

Recognition will be presented to the Top Five Male and Top Five Female participants. Special awards will also be given for Discipline Champion, Consistency Champion, Biggest Improvement and Community Spirit.

Through the initiative, OFIE-M seeks to demonstrate that physical wellness, discipline and confidence are essential foundations for personal growth, responsible leadership and an empowered Overseas Filipino community.
