OFIE-M and Qabayan Radio 94.3 FM officially renewed their Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 22 April 2026 at the Qabayan Radio office, reaffirming their shared commitment to empower and uplift the Filipino community in Qatar.

The MOU was signed by Kristine Zapanta, OFIE-M President, and Glend “RJ Cody” Tesio, Qabayan Radio Station Manager.

Witnesses from OFIE-M were Raymond Carasig, Vice President External; Antoniette David, Partnerships Chairperson; and Nesca Ofrasio, Treasurer, together with Carlos Roberto Castro, Qabayan Radio Host, Sales and Social Media Specialist.
